LIBITE brand is devoted to making professional quality tools accessible and affordable. Unlike premium brands that invest heavily in marketing, we channel our resources into technical research, quality control, and in-house manufacturing capabilities - ensuring that every tool we ship delivers genuine professional performance at a fair, competitive price. We warmly welcome customers from all over the world to join our global dealership network and build a better future together.
Nantong Change Electric Tools Co., Ltd (also operating as Nantong Libite Electronics Co., Ltd) was established in 1999 and has since grown into one of China's most vertically integrated power tool manufacturers. Headquartered on a 40,000-square-meter industrial base, the company now operates four factory sites - three in full production and one currently under construction to meet growing global demand. Our manufacturing ecosystem covers the complete value chain: in-house brushless motor R&D and production, in-house lithium-ion battery pack development and assembly, proprietary mold design and fabrication, independent new product development from concept to mass production, fully integrated assembly lines, and professional retail packaging operations - all under one management system, ensuring seamless quality control from raw material to finished product.
We manufacture every critical component in-house, including brushless and brushed motors (armature winding, stator assembly, and dynamic balancing), lithium battery packs (cell matching, spot welding, and BMS protection circuit integration), plastic injection-molded housings and BMC carrying cases, precision metal gearbox and chuck components, electronic switches, and control modules. This vertical integration eliminates dependency on third-party component suppliers, shortens lead times, and gives us full control over quality consistency. Our massive in-house accessories and spare parts warehouse supports rapid order fulfillment and comprehensive after-sales parts availability for our global distribution partners.
With a dedicated workforce of 300 professionals including senior engineers, R&D specialists, quality assurance technicians, and skilled production operators, Change Electric Tools maintains a daily production capacity of 8,000 units across cordless drills, impact drivers, angle grinders, rotary hammers, electric concrete vibrators, high-pressure washers, and a growing catalog of new product lines. A fully equipped in-house comprehensive testing laboratory conducts durability cycling, torque calibration, electrical safety, battery performance, and environmental stress testing on every product series before market release - and random sampling from every production batch thereafter.
Over 26 years of continuous operation, Change Electric Tools has built a trusted reputation across 44 countries worldwide, with established brand presence in Asia, the Middle East, Europe, North America, South America, and Africa. Our four in-house brands - LIBITE, WERKIN, NEXTOP, and HYPERMAX - serve distinct market segments and distribution channels, and we actively support OEM and ODM partnerships for private-label customers seeking factory-direct quality and customization flexibility.
"Quality is the life of the company" remains our guiding principle. From self-developed brushless motors and lithium battery systems to proprietary molds, in-house assembly, and global logistics, every link in our value chain is engineered to deliver products that our customers can sell with confidence and end users can rely on - day after day, project after project.

| Brushless Motor | The brushless motor runs with no carbon brushes to wear out - higher efficiency, less heat and longer tool life than a brushed screwdriver. It also gives more runtime per charge and needs less maintenance, so the CH-MINI stays reliable from the first screw to the last. |
| 20N.m Max Torque | Up to 20 Newton-meters of torque drives screws home in wood and metal without cam-out or stripping. The 3-level adjustment lets you back the torque down for delicate trim work or panel screws, and up for tougher fastening jobs - one tool for the whole assembly range. |
| 0-400 RPM Variable Speed | The trigger controls the speed from 0 to 400 RPM, so you match the drive to the screw size and material. Low speed gives control on small screws, high speed speeds up long runs of fasteners. The LED digital display shows the current setting at a glance. |
| One-Hand Compact Design | At about 1.1kg with a compact 15.5 x 27 x 8 cm body, the CH-MINI is made for one-hand operation - tight corners, overhead work and long assembly runs where a bulky tool gets tiring. The forward/reverse switch is thumb-reachable, so you reverse to pull a screw out without putting the tool down. |
| LED Light + Built-in Work Light | The built-in LED light illuminates the screw head and the work area, so you can seat each screw accurately in dark cabinets, basements and under structures. |
| Cordless 20V Power | The 20V 2.0Ah Li-ion battery frees you from a cord and outlet, and a full charge takes about 2 hours with the included fast charger. Ideal for workshops, garages and home use where you move around the job. |
| Wood and Metal | Works on wood and metal fastening across furniture, cabinet, panel and general assembly - from flat-pack furniture to shelving, doors and trim. The 20N.m range covers the screws most DIY and professional users reach for. |
A cordless electric screwdriver is built specifically for driving and removing screws with controlled torque - it keeps the clamping force steady so screw heads do not strip or cam out, and it is usually more compact for one-hand work. A drill is built for making holes and can drive screws, but it tends to deliver more abrupt power that can over-tighten and damage heads. For furniture, cabinet and panel assembly where you are driving many screws, a screwdriver like the CH-MINI is faster and safer for the fastener.
Torque is the turning force the tool applies, measured in Newton-meters. The CH-MINI reaches a maximum of 20N.m with a 3-level adjustment, which covers the screws used in wood and metal - furniture, cabinet, shelving, doors, trim and panel work. For delicate trim screws you back the level down; for tougher fasteners you use the higher level. Please contact us with your typical screw size and material and we will confirm the recommended level and bit.
The CH-MINI uses a true brushless motor. Brushless means no carbon brushes to wear out, so you get higher efficiency, more power per charge, less heat and a longer service life than a brushed machine. It is also quieter and lower-maintenance, which matters over years of daily assembly work.
The CH-MINI runs on a 20V rechargeable lithium-ion battery (2.0Ah, max 20.6V DC). A full charge takes about 2 hours with the included fast charger (input 100-240V AC 50-60Hz 0.3A, output 20.6V DC 400mA). Runtime per charge depends on the torque level and how many screws you drive - please contact us for runtime figures per level and for battery kit options.
Step 1: Insert the battery and press the power button to turn on. Step 2: Choose the torque level (1, 2 or 3) with the dial - the LED display shows the setting. Step 3: Fit a screwdriver bit to the chuck and press the chuck release to seat it. Step 4: Set the direction (forward to drive, reverse to remove) and press the trigger - speed follows your pressure. Place the bit on the screw head and let the 20N.m max torque drive it home. The LED light keeps the head visible in dim areas.
Yes, we fully support OEM and ODM customization: custom logo, brand name, and model number on the tool and packaging; housing color matching to your brand (PMS/RAL); custom retail packaging with your artwork, barcodes, and multilingual manuals; flexible battery and accessory (bit) kit configuration.
